SUMMONS ON FORFEITED BAIL BOND.
TIMES PRINT, JACKSON, KY.
The Commonwealth of Kentucky,
TO THE SHERIFF OF Breathitt COUNTY
You are commanded to Summon W. D. Bach and French Miller and Shilo Noble to appear in the Breathitt Circuit Court, on the first day of its next March Term, 1935 to show cause why judgment should not be entered against them for $1000.00 Dollars, on account of the forfeiture of the bail bond executed by them, of the appearance of Shilo Noble in said Court, to answer an indictment, found against him in said Court for obtaining money under false pretense and have then and there this writ, with due return how you have executed it.
Given under my hand, as Clerk of the Court aforesaid, this the 29 day of Nov. 1935.
