TO THE SHERIFF OF Breathitt COUNTY:
You are commanded to arrest Jess Eldridge
and have him before the Breathitt Circuit Court on the 7th
day of its next April Term, as well to testify in behalf of
the Plff in an action in said Court, between Commonweath of Kentucky, Plantiff,
and Alvin Oaks, Defendant,
